Horseshoe Campground
The Horseshoe Campground is a first come, first served campground located along the Williams Fork River.
Facilities:There are seven non-electric sites that will accommodate tents, trailers and RVs. Each site contains a tent pad, fire grate and picnic table. Additional facilities provided include restrooms and trash service.
Natural Features: Most campsites lack shade as the trees were removed due to the recent mountain pine beetle epidemic.
Recreation: Popular activities include hiking in the nearby Byers Peak Wilderness, scenic driving and wildlife viewing.
Note: Drinking water is not available, so bring plenty of your own.

South Fork Campground
South Fork Group Campground is located in north central Colorado in the Williams Fork Valley next to South Fork Creek. Many mountain streams and creeks nearby offer good fishing opportunities. South Fork is the only facility in the area designated for horse camping.
The campground offers one reservable, accessible group site that can accommodate up to 25 people. Individual sites are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Picnic tables, campfire rings and tents pads are provided, as are flush and pit toilets and drinking water. A small corral, for one or two horses, is located in the campground.
Sugarloaf Campground
Sugarloaf Campground is a first-come, first-served campground located in the Williams Fork Valley.
Facilities: There are 11 non-electric sites that will accommodate tents, trailers, and RVs. Each site contains a tent pad, fire grate and picnic table. Additional facilities include restrooms and trash service. Drinking water is available at the South Fork Campground a half mile away.
Natural Features: Due to the mountain pine beetle epidemic and hazard tree removal, this campground offers no shade.
Recreation: Popular activities include hiking in the Arapaho National Forest and nearby Byers Peak Wilderness, scenic driving and wildlife viewing.

Williams Fork Trailhead
The Williams Fork Trailhead is located near the South Fork Campground in the Williams Fork Valley. There is parking for about 5 vehicles. Picnic tables are provided.
Note: The access road is closed to motor vehicles between Nov. 15 and June 15.
